TASTY YUMMY LEMON RICE

2 tablespoons oil 1/2 onion, sliced 1 clove garlic 2 poblano chiles , roasted, peeled and deveinedb b 15 branches Coriander. 1 cup water while 1 cup of rice 1/2 lemon juice 1 cups hot water 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder Preparation method Preparation: 15 min > Cooking : 25min > Ready in: 40 minutes Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and fry until they are translucent, about 5 minutes. Blend the onion and garlic together with poblano chiles , cilantro and 1 cup of water while . Reservation. Add the remaining oil to the pan and fry the rice for a couple of minutes , until it looks transparent. Add the lemon juice , stir and pour the poblano sauce . Cook until it begins to boil . Add 2 cups hot water and season with bouillon powder. When it starts to boil again , reduce heat to low , cover and cook for 20 minutes or until all the rice is tender and most of liquid has evaporated . Remove from heat , stir with a fork, cover again and let stand 10 minutes before serving .
